Purchased for gift. Recipient tried it and the massage was so rough that she can't use it. I tried it, too, and agree. There is no way to be comfortable or relieved with this massager in our opinion. I left a message regarding the return procedures and have not yet been contacted.

It’s easy to use, I hold a lot of tension in my neck & shoulders, I work as a cosmetologist, I prop up on my pillow & use the dream machine between the pillow & my neck, it helps relieve the tension gently, it’s awesome, I love mine. Thank you

Item is bulky, hard and very uncomfortable. No speed adjustment. Save your money. Would not buy again. Tried to return, but shipping it back would cost almost as much as the item, itself. Regifting for White Elephant.

It's a life saver!
I have chronic migraines that always start from one side of my neck and go up the side of my head and over my eye. These headaches last 2 to 3 days. Today was the first time trying the pillow. I literally used it for 15 minutes adjusting the pressure and I can’t believe that the headache had disappeared! Thank you so much..... It's a life saver.
