The massage was painful; too strong for my feet. However, I had foot surgery several years ago, so my feet may be more sensitive than most. I returned it.
Very impressed with your customer service! First unit stopped functioning after one month so you replaced it! Very appreciated and I will no doubt be ordering more.
My husband and I take turns using it nightly. Feels great, especially the compression!
It's the first one we got and so far we like it. The normal massage power is good enough, but sometimes the high power one makes me feel better... But the side squeeze is not hard enough for me to feel good about it. Nevertheless, it's a good little massager
Was good, however heating cannot be felt/isn't working
The foot massager is firm and you have to get used to the lower settings before you can tolerate the high setting. Really works over your feet and is well worth the cost.
I bought less than a month ago. Does not feel the heat when it is working.
Thank you for your purchase. The Foot Massager provides intermittent heat which is meant to feel like human hands. If you feel like there is no heat at all please send an email to service@trumedic.com and our helpful Customer Service Representatives will be happy to assist you.
Can be a little painful at the beginning but less so as it massages your feet. The heat is almost negligible, could be a tad warmer. Helps lessen my tired feet.
Great product! Arrived on time. Its been 3 weeks since and no issues whatsoever. Highly recommended.
You get a deep foot massage with the option of making it more vigorous. It works wonders for sore feet.
This deeply massagers my feet. Other brands come on lightly almost like a light rub, but this monster gets the job done.
Everything works great except the heat function. There is no real heat when turned on and during massaging. Have to return it.
Its great but the only thing is the missing pressure cuffs.
Works great on both my wife's feet and mine. We use it everyday!
I wasn't sure at all what to expect but this massager got good reviews and Costco is excellent about their return policies and backing up the products that they sell. When I first put my feet into the massager it felt ROUGH and it still does from time-to-time but I am used to it now. I also put a clean pair of thicker socks on to make sure that the inside chamber of the massager stays clean (there is nothing to take out and wash). The thicker socks help. I got the massager because I am loosing one sensation in my feet, which is painful, and want to increase the circulation. After a couple of weeks I can say that my feet are a bit less sore but it has not been any sort of dramatic improvement. It is really to soon to expect improvement so I am not disappointed. My feet also get cold and I was hoping the heated massaged would help with that. The heat is almost imperceptible. This to the point that I am currently contemplating if it simply isn't functioning on my unit. I am disappointed in the lack of heat. It isn't just that I can't feel the heat, when I put my hand in the massaging chamber after I pull my feet out it has at times been room temperature. I am not excited about this purchase and am somewhat disappointed mostly due to the lack of heat. If I were to try one out that had good heat I am sure I would return this one. I am not ready to say it is bad but a "meh" is about as good as I can give it. I was really hoping for a 5-star "where has this been all of my life" kind of experience but it is just not there.
This product has been an amazing addition to my home, allowing my feet to recover from my job (where I stand for 10+ hours each day) much faster than they otherwise would. Currently, I use the weakest of the three settings, which is more than sufficient, but I also have some swelling that occurs in my calves and ankles, so that reduces the amount of intensity I can have without having the pain become a bit unbearable. I've tried the middle setting for a short time, and it is noticeably more vigorous and deep in the massaging aspect. I also like how the massager feels when my feet are inside it, with the material being very soft and pliable (I wear a pair of low cut socks that I only put on when I'm using the massager so they remain clean), and there is a heating function, as well, for colder days. The calf massagers are good, as well, and while they somewhat change how the air is used for massaging the feet, the experience remains good in either mode, however if my feet are very sore, I usually skip the calf massage for a more thorough and powerful foot massage.
