Great chair!

This chair performs as advertised. It has several really good massage modes; it can be a little too aggressive until you find the right settings. Overall, we are extremely pleased with this chair.

Good massage, good value�

Minimal assembly required. Nice unit, very much what I expected and a good value. Gives a great massage with the ability to adjust the settings in multiple ways. Attractive and with nice leather feeling covering.

Love it

This is an amazing chair and gives wonderful massages. I am well acquainted with massages, having received many from masseuses over the years. This chair delivers. It needs better (more clear and accurate) directions for first time users. The number one thing to know when you first use it is to adjust the �INTENSITY� setting so the massage isn�t too hard. Once you do that, I think you will love this purchase.

Great massage chair

It�s a great investment. My family loves it !!! The only thing that I�m not very satisfied is the deep massage on neck and shoulders. It doesn�t work the way I would love it to be. And I foot massage is good but not excellent.

Mediocre chair

The massaging was very hard on my back. But very light in my neck. The controller is supposed to save your settings but it has a bug where it can't remember the highest back position selection. The foot area can be pushed away, for taller people, but the spring is so tight that your legs slowly move back, as you are relaxing. I contacted the company about the memory bug, no one ever answered the phone but they did call back. Said someone would get back to me about the controller bug, that was weeks ago.

We love this chair!

It's so relaxing. We used to spend $80 twice a month on massages. We figure it pays for itself in less than a year! Putting it together was not as easy as expected. The directions were not very helpful, but we succeeded and it's great!

I deserve this

Love this chair!!! It was quick to set up. Also easy to program to customize where you need worked on. Very relaxing. After a day on my feet, this is my rescue.

My second chair. Had an Osaki model previously but found some of the movements too rough, even though. I like to put everything on max settings. So far, the truMedic has outperformed.

Overall very happy with the chair and been using it everyday. Had some problems assembling it but their tech support was very good and got it resolved quickly. Wish it has backlit keys on the remote - kind of hard to use in dark.

I love my chair

I found this chair somewhat intense at first but now that I have figured out how to program it I am using it every day with amazing results. It sure gets rid of all the kinks and knots and I feel very relaxed and free of pain and tightness after using it.

Decent massage chair.

Great from a feeing perspective. From the user interface on the remote, couple of drawbacks 1. Can�t change the timing for the presets 2. Once the preset massage program ends, the chair does not come to the original position so that you can edit easily. You have to restart the chair and drive it to the exit position. 3. No option to have local area massage, say, neck, thigh, shin, etc.
