Very nice TENS
I love it & am glad it has longer run times...the labeling is a bit hard to read for this senior...I have to use a magnifier to r read it.. .I love the possibility of a LONGER run time.

TM-1000Pro Tens Unit
I purchased my first truMedic TENS unit a few years ago. I got the TM-1000 for me and the next day got one for my parents. I have had several friends use my unit because they were in constant pain and were extremely depressed because nothing helped them. They have ALL purchased their own because of the help and relief from pain they received! FYI, I get several health letters and in a couple of them they were mentioning the fact that electro impulse on an area of a broken bone makes the bone heal much much faster! I lent my TENS unit to my neighbor who broke both arms when he fell on his walk and his doctor was shocked at how fast his 80 year old bones heeled! Your product and CUSTOMER SERVICE is the best in this industry!!!! Thank you for being the BEST!

Game changer!
I've had muscle spasms from playing sports and just in a lot of pain constantly. I have now used this product once a day for 15-20min and im now pain free. I can run after my kids, lift items and generally less tense and bed ridden because of pain. I would strongly suggest it to anyone with any kind of pain issues.

Works for me, and great service!
I use my TM-1000 Pro for back pain and it helps a lot. Being able to set it in 20 minute increments is such a cool feature. I usually let it run for 60 minutes while I'm doing other things. And the customer service couldn't be better! I highly recommend TruMedic and the TM-1000 Pro.

literal miracle
I cannot thank you enough for this literal miracle. My husband drove 200mi. to get this charger from home on an important medical trip. I forgot it. This one goes in my purse PERMANENTLY! Betty

Best Customer Service EVER
I own a TENS UNIT 1000PRO and have had it for about 18 month or so . I called Customer Service today because after charging it, it is not holding the charge properly. I called and spoke to Connor. I told him that I owned the unit, the length of time that I have owned it and explained the problem. His answer was, let me give you our new address and you can return it and we will send you out a new unit. I said, what? I could not believe that he never asked me if I had it registered or if I bought it directly from the company (which I did) or if I had a receipt or anything. No questions at all, just honest CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was so shocked I said, WOW, are you sure? I could not believe how great customer service was. I read a previous review on bad customer service as they said they didn't answer the phone and felt I had to share my experience.. I also did not know about the gel that apparently helps with the longevity of the pads so I will be ordering that. Great job guys and thank you Connor for making this one of the best customer service experience I have ever had. I love this unit and had all 3 of my children buy the same unit alone with 2 of my sister-in-laws. We are all great believers in the relief this unit gives. Could not live without it now. I even travel with it. From me buying the first unit we have 12 people using the TENS now....I would advise buying extra pads when you buy the unit though as they do not last as long as I would like..

500 stars are not enough!
Tony Izzo, VP/Operations personally spoonfed me the power these tens units unleasg!My severe, 24/7 pain front fusion is helped with pills. But Mr. Izzo gave me an incredible sense of relief with the 2 units that I wondered if I was dreaming. The results from the PL-009 with such selections of what and where relif is needed was astonishig. I bought one for 3 family members, all equally thrilled by its portable capacity. .Mr. Izzo upgraded me to a MAGICAL MACHINE,theTM PRO-1000. Needless to say I was ecstatic! Hours of heavenly relief that literally allow me to move around, go places without incessant throbbed jolts going thru me, even stay seated, all the time relaxing from trumedic TENS units soothing me. The reliable, tough, terrific gift from the brainstorming, dedication, caring, genius of this a gel cannot be described fairly enough. The fine quality instrumente in concert with compassion and ingenuit makes my lif worth.living again. How does one put a price tag on all the herein described?! Extraordinary pain relief
I have been using the TM1000 unit for a week now after using the smaller AAA battery model for a while. Outstanding for pain relief as it blocks (I am guessing) the pain signals and with its stronger pulse and up to 2 hours of time for a session makes for a longer pain free interlude. Notes though; follow the instructions and watch the video before use, cleaning the application area with alcohol before attaching the pads makes a better connection and the pads last longer, start low on the intensity and work up to what you are comfortable with, if you have both units be aware that the pads can be used for both but the wires are different as the larger unit has a larger head that goes into the machine and a different way of plugging in (hopefully they will come out with different colors in the future). Really looking forward to trying it with the other pads; larger, lumbar, etc. The Tru-Medic web site was out of the TAC Gel but you can get it off of Amazon.com. The gel really extends the useful life of the pads.

Ya, I love this. It's much easier than acupuncture which I do to myself but the back is kinda difficult to access!
I haven't been to a chiropractor and have no prior experience with a TENS unit. I've heeard of them for years as a physician at the VA years gone by, in private practice, and whatnot. I have used acupunture a lot. I tend to think that the TENS unit is a similar treatment perhaps not as good for so many different life enhanding ways. But the TENS unit is so much easier, so much cheaper, so much less painful (such as it is ), so much less invasive, and so much less preparation, and so much more convenient. You can walk around with in on, you can get up, you can lie down, you can twist and turn, you can drive with it (it's fabulous that way ), well you could do unwriteable things with it on. It's great. OK? Perhaps with my determination to stand up straighter once and for all, plus this TENS unit, and sleep,exercise, good thoughts, and the list goes on, I hardly ever experience back pain and soreness. Pretty good.
